Analytics Overview

1. Message Analytics

Track the volume and velocity of conversations across all channels.

  • Total Messages: Total inbound and outbound volume.
  • Active Conversations: Number of unique users currently interacting with your agents.
  • Channel Breakdown: Comparison of performance across WhatsApp, Web Widget, Email, etc.

2. Agent Performance

Measure how effective your agents are at their assigned goals.

  • Success Rate: Percentage of conversations that lead to a defined outcome (e.g., a meeting booked).
  • Escalation Rate: How often a human operator needed to take over.
  • Response Time: Average time the AI takes to generate a response (crucial for WhatsApp/Web UX).

3. Knowledge Base Analytics

Understand what your customers are asking and where your knowledge base might have gaps.

  • Top Queries: The most frequent questions being asked.
  • Confidence Scores: Average RAG similarity scores for responses.
  • Unanswered Questions: A list of queries where the AI couldn't find a confident answer in the knowledge base. Use this to improve your Knowledge Buckets.

4. Business Outcomes

Track the ROI of your AI infrastructure.

  • Leads Qualified: Total number of users who completed the qualification flow.
  • Meetings Booked: Direct sync with Calendly/Google Calendar events.
  • Credit Consumption: Monitor usage per bot and per sub-organization.
