Texterz is designed for agencies. This means you can sell the platform as your own proprietary technology and manage hundreds of clients from a single dashboard.

1. Custom Branding​

Remove our name and put yours everywhere.

  • Logo & Icons: Upload your agency logo for the dashboard and the chat widget.
  • Colors: Set your primary brand colors to match your agency's visual identity.
  • Custom Domain: Host the dashboard on your own domain (e.g., app.your-agency.com).

2. Setting Up Your Domain​

To appear as a full-stack agency, you should host Texterz on your own subdomain. This involves:

  • Adding a TXT record for verification.
  • Adding a CNAME record to point to our infrastructure.

3. Managing Sub-Organizations​

As a Pro/Enterprise agency, you can create Sub-Organizations for your clients.

  • Isolation: Each client has their own isolated knowledge base, agents, and channels.
  • Credit Management: You decide how many credits or messages each client gets.
  • Billing: Your clients pay you directly via your connected Stripe account.
