1. Sub-Organization Management​

As a Parent Organization (Agency), you can create and manage isolated environments for each of your clients.

  • Isolated Data: Each sub-organization has its own Knowledge Buckets, Agents, and Channels.
  • Quota Allocation: You control the maximum number of credits, storage, and bots each client can use.
  • Admin Access: As a Parent Admin, you have "login-as" capabilities to help set up and support your clients.

2. Stripe Connect (The Billing Engine)​

Texterz allows you to automate your agency billing by connecting your own Stripe account.

  • Direct Payments: Your clients pay you directly. Texterz does not take a cut of your client revenue.
  • Plan Creation: Define your own subscription tiers (e.g., "Basic AI", "Pro AI") and decide which features are included in each.
  • Automated Billing: When a sub-organization upgrades their plan in your whitelabeled dashboard, the payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account.

How to Connect Stripe​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Management > Stripe Connect.
  2. Click Connect Stripe Account.
  3. Complete the Stripe OAuth flow to authorize your agency account.
  4. Once connected, you can start defining plans for your sub-organizations.

3. Usage Aggregation & Billing​

Texterz charges you (the Agency) based on the total aggregated consumption of all your sub-organizations.

  • Monthly Credits: Your Pro/Enterprise plan includes a pool of credits.
  • Overages: If your total client consumption exceeds your pool, you are billed at your discounted agency rate.
  • Scalability: This "Infrastructure" model allows you to maintain high margins as you add more clients.

Security Note​

All Stripe Connect operations use signed states and nonces to protect against CSRF and integrity attacks. Your client data and payment information are handled with enterprise-grade security.
