Find solutions to common hurdles when setting up and scaling your AI agency infrastructure.

1. Domain Verification

Check DNS Propagation: DNS changes can take up to 48 hours, though they usually happen within 10-20 minutes. Use a tool like dig or an online DNS checker to verify your TXT and CNAME records are visible.
Verify Token: Ensure the TXT record name exactly matches _texterz-verify.your-domain.com and the value matches your Organization Token.
Trailing Dots: Some DNS providers automatically add a trailing dot to CNAME values. Ensure you didn't add an extra one yourself.

Check Similarity Threshold: Your "Similarity Threshold" might be too low (e.g., 0.3). Try increasing it to 0.7 or 0.8 to force the bot to be more accurate.
Knowledge Quality: Ensure your PDF or website data is clean. If a PDF has a lot of complex tables or images, the text extraction might be messy. Try converting complex data to simple markdown or text files.
System Prompt: Ensure your System Prompt explicitly tells the bot not to guess if it doesn't find the answer in the knowledge base.

Meta Business Status: Check your Meta Business Manager to ensure your phone number is "Connected" and has no active warnings.
Template Approval: Ensure the message template you are trying to use has been "Approved" by Meta. Pending or Rejected templates cannot be sent.
Credit Balance: Sending outbound messages via the WhatsApp API consumes platform credits. Ensure your organization has a sufficient balance.
