Organization Management
Texterz is built with multi-tenancy at its core. You can manage multiple team members, isolated client environments, and global organization settings.
1. Team Management
You can invite team members to help manage your agents and knowledge bases.
Roles & Permissions
- Admin: Full access to organization settings, billing, team management, and all agents/knowledge bases.
- Member: Can create and manage agents, knowledge buckets, and channels, but cannot access organization-level settings or billing.
Inviting Members
- Navigate to Settings > Team.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Select their Role.
- The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization.
2. Company Knowledge Buckets
While individual bots can have their own knowledge, you can also create Company Buckets that are shared across your entire organization.
- Use Case: Shared company FAQs, internal training manuals, or brand guidelines.
- Efficiency: Update the company bucket once, and all connected bots immediately have the new information.
3. Billing & Quotas
Usage Tracking
The Usage Panel provides a real-time overview of your organization's consumption:
- Total credits used this period.
- Total storage occupied across all buckets.
- Active bot count.
Auto-Recharge & Top-ups
To ensure your bots never stop responding, you can configure Auto-Recharge. When your credit balance hits a specific threshold, the system will automatically purchase a pre-defined amount of credits using your saved payment method.
